My experience as a social work fellow at Seattle Children’s Hospital, a family care coordinator with Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe), and a clinical research assistant and mobile exposure coach at Bradley Hospital’s Pediatric Anxiety Research Center (PARC) provides a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, assessment, and care coordination.
I work with adolescents, young adults, and families, drawing on evidence-based approaches such as exposure therapy. As a queer, neurodivergent, transracial and transnational adoptee, I am passionate about providing culturally responsive and affirming care, particularly for BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, and adoptee communities.
I value working at the intersection of individual healing and systemic change, believing in the power of holistic, strengths-based care. I approach my work with curiosity, empathy, and a strong equity lens. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, creating art, and organizing within the Chinese adoptee community.
