Hi, I'm Lauren! I have a deep passion for working with young adults and teenagers. The teenage and young adult years can be a whirlwind, filled with the pressures of school, friendships, work, and family, all while figuring out who you are. But you don’t have to navigate this journey alone. Together, we will help you achieve balance in your relationships and responsibilities, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and feel excited about the future! I have experience working with clients ages 13 and up, helping them navigate challenges such as such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, attachment issues, relational dynamics, and more. At the heart of my work is a commitment to creating a safe and empowering space for my clients.

I draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches with a particular emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to meet each client’s unique needs. I look forward to contributing to the transformative work at Lighthouse Counseling and contributing to our clients' pursuit of well-being and resilience.
