My passion for being a therapist is rooted in relationships. We cannot survive and thrive without connection to others - yet how can it get so messy and complicated!? As a couples and family therapist, I am dedicated to supporting you through those hard times. Viewing your relationship as my 'client', I aim to help identify patterns and cycles that may be keeping you stuck and disconnected. Your differences are complex, but I see them as opportunities to build a stronger, more connected team.
I have 4+ years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate complex relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, and career concerns. Using systemic, evidence-based approaches, I provide an authentic, warm, and nonjudgmental therapeutic experience. I support ALL relationship types and orientations.
I believe that suffering is an inevitable part of our human experience - but we do not have to suffer alone. Leaning on others as we 'sit' with the hard emotions can strengthen and guide us back to health and joy. I look forward to supporting you as you build stronger, more fulfilling relationships with yourself and the people in your life!
