You do not have to share the details of hurtful experiences through the therapies that I use.
I integrate evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches that make tangible, transformational change. I am EMDR trained & IFS Informed. My own grief and therapy journey, as well as eight years working with trafficking survivors led me here. I offer discounted rates for self-pay, trafficking survivors, nonprofit workers, public servants, and teachers.
