I help to inspire you to work with the tools that you already possess (although they may feel hidden somewhere deep down or not feel present at all) to find how to connect with "living you best life."
The most important factor is the therapeutic relationship. I employ a non-judgmental and accepting style tailored to each individual client and their specific needs. I utilize counseling techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy to create a safe and supportive environment for my clients.
