About
—occasional mid-week, mid-day appointments available for individual therapy— I work with individuals and specialize in treating OCD, Anxiety, and Trauma. I take a compassionate and empathetic approach to help you identify and move towards your goals and values. I will help you understand why your current coping tools were strategies that kept you safe in the past, but no longer serve you. I will help you develop more adaptive ways to achieve your goals. I am warm, non-judgmental, and my goal is to provide a safe space to allow you to move toward changing what you can and accepting what you cannot.
I am trained in CBT, DBT, and ACT, and use a variety of therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve change. I believe that the cornerstone of therapy is the relationship between client and therapist and that healing and transformation start with the quality of that relationship. I also practice EMDR therapy for Posttraumatic Stress.
My clients report increased clarity of purpose, progress towards goals and values, and improved relationships. I would love to help you on your journey toward increased fulfillment and clarity.
