I received an (M.S.) in clinical professional counseling in 2022. After graduating, I specialized in trauma-informed, mindfulness-based practices, anger management (CSAM), and DBT. Apart from this, I have over seven years of experience working with individuals with PTSD, depression, anxiety, BPD, schizophrenia, and traumatic brain injuries.
