I’m here to help you stay steady, focused, and empowered in this difficult season, with practical tools to move forward.

I'll provide expertise, tools and techniques for progress, inner peace and wellbeing. Outcomes include prioritizing your basic needs and management of stress, anger, trauma, mood, self-care, acceptance, self-control, relationships, communications and coping. You can experiment between sessions, honing new skills and putting objectives into action.

You are the expert on what you'd prefer; I am the expert on techniques to help you adjust & shift in ways that decrease ongoing discomfort and/or suffering.
