I help clients get unstuck from patterns rooted in shame and past traumas utilizing EMDR, Internal Family Systems Therapy and Narrative Therapy. We will identify processes that maintain conflict and unwanted behaviors and find small, yet meaningful steps to increase your hope and agency. I am skilled at helping clients express values, boundaries and needs.
