Oak Haven Therapy is a telehealth practice for women across Florida who are ready to understand themselves more deeply and finally stop just surviving. Many of the women I work with learned early to be capable, self-sufficient, and strong. They built full lives. And they've been carrying a quiet ache for a long time — a sense that something important has gone unattended, that a part of them never quite got what she needed.
Using a relational, trauma-informed approach, I help women explore the patterns they've been carrying, understand where they came from, and start — gently, at their own pace — to set them down. This work often touches on burnout, divorce and relationship loss, people pleasing, boundaries, identity, and the long reach of early experiences into adult life.
I also offer play therapy for children who need their own safe space, and parent coaching through The Parenting Haven for caregivers who want to show up differently for their kids.
