I have extensive experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities. I also have expertise working with people suffering with infertility and postpartum difficulties. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders. My approach is client centered and strengths based. I draw upon various techniques and tailor treatment to each persons needs.

In the 15 years I have been a mental health counselor, I’ve learned that people grow and change. We all just sometimes need some support and guidance. I believe that YOU are the expert on yourself.
