I view counseling as a collaborative process in which you are the expert on your experience. I use a trauma-informed approach and specialize in complex trauma and dissociation. I am an EMDRIA-certified EMDR therapist, Level 3 trained in Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), and an ILF neurofeedback provider, supporting deep, nervous-system-based healing.
