I am passionate about helping people overcome histories of trauma and cycles of anxiety, depression, and hopelessness. I work best with clients who deal with C-PTSD, PTSD, anxiety, stress, and grief. I am eager to help my clients understand how trauma impacts their nervous system and to teach them ways to regulate their nervous system through emotion-focused and somatic interventions.
I am a trauma-informed counselor and I use interventions such as EMDR and Brainspotting along with parts work and ego state work to aid clients in their journey of reprocessing trauma.
