Hi and welcome! If you like someone who is straightforward with a bit of dark humor, we’ll probably be a good fit. I love discussing things that range from the mundane to deep spiritual and philosophical concepts, whether it’s helping people through depressive slumps, anxieties, or all the changes associated with big life transitions. I feel that all problems are the problem and not the person themselves—regardless of neuro-alignment, gender, sexuality, race or age.
As a narrative focused therapist, I feel that hearing your story is a privilege. I love to collaborate with the client to more deeply understand what matters to you. Through this process, we are able to find the problem beneath the problem and focus on ways to create solutions that support your unique values and goals.
