My ideal client doesn’t have a defined age and I believe gender is merely a construct. I welcome individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community as well as allies. The complex issues that come with these identities are always fun to discuss and process. My favorite things to help people with are the deep thoughts, anxieties, and changes associated with BIG life transitions, balancing work and life, and managing ADHD. I love discussing things that range from the mundane and temporary to deep spiritual and philosophical questions.
If you like someone who is straightforward and relaxed with a bit of dark humor, we’ll probably be a good fit. I love to use CBT and narrative to reframe life events and find deeper meaning. Helping you understand your story is my hope for your journey through therapy, because understanding our authentic selves is one of life’s greatest gifts.
