I have been intensively trained in dialectical behavior therapy and also specialize in women's mental health issues, trauma, narcissistic abuse recovery, and eating disorders. Although I utilize an eclectic approach in my work, I truly believe that the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone for progress and growth throughout treatment.
