About
I work with clients struggling with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, difficulty adjusting to life changes and stress, and grief and loss. I also have a special interest and training in working with women with perinatal and postpartum anxiety and depression, as well as the many challenges and changes women experience transitioning into motherhood.
My practice is focused on holistic treatment and the unique issues each client brings to session. I use an eclectic approach to therapy. This allows for a individualized plan that you and I both agree upon and work toward.
My primary focus is to create a safe and therapeutic environment for clients to use for the purpose of building upon strengths and implementing positive change in their lives.
