I am a trauma informed, sex positive clinician that strives to improve connection between couples, provide inclusive sex education and focus on individuals reducing distress and improving their quality of life. As well as providing sex therapy as an AASECT certified sex therapist to individuals & couples, I also have 10+ years experience providing DBT and EMDR therapy to teenage and adult clients.
My specializations are in improving desire discrepancies, perinatal mental health, exploring sexual + gender identity, LGBTQ+ affirming care, couples communication and cohesiveness, navigating non-monogamy, exploring kink/bdsm, ptsd + trauma, teenage issues and increasing skillfulness with personality disorders.
