Reaching out for help can feel incredibly hard, especially if you’ve been carrying pain, trauma, or struggles with addiction for a long time. You might feel stuck in patterns you wish you could change, weighed down by shame, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together on your own. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Many of my clients have spent years trying to cope the best they could from painful experiences or tried to manage their relationship with substances without support. I work with people who are ready to feel something different, even if they’re not sure where to start.

Therapy can be a place where you don’t have to hide your struggles. With specializing in trauma and addiction, I approach therapy with compassion and a deep respect for your story. Together, we can begin to untangle what’s been weighing on you and move toward healing. I will give you the tools you need to make lasting change in your life.

I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help those with complex trauma or those who are just looking to help relieve negative sensations in their bodies. I want you to have a great relationship with therapy, so I strive to make your experience wholesome and worth while.

I often use Internal Family Systems in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the more appropriate ways to help you make progress. With IFS, we'll look at the parts of you that play a daily role in your executive functioning, and the parts of you that you hide from yourself or others, to gain alignment and compassion with your true self.
