They are not looking for surface-level advice or a quick fix—they want support that helps them feel more grounded, break old patterns, and build healthier ways of coping, communicating, and moving through life.
My approach is warm and relaxed yet professional, grounded in evidence-based therapies like Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems - (IFS parts work). I enjoy implementing useable, everyday techniques driven by our collaborative goals.
With over fourteen years of experience in crisis, group, individual, and hospital settings, I bring a deep understanding of how to support clients through challenging times. I've also worked alongside local physicians, providing triage, crisis management, and behavioral health coordination.
