I support individuals navigating attachment trauma, relationship difficulties, addiction, and chronic illness. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in attachment theory, incorporating principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT).
