I specialize in providing therapy in an intensive format to individuals dealing with traumatic experiences, PTSD, and complex trauma, as well as helping athletes work through injuries and blocks. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing a holistic trauma informed, strength-based approach to individuals, helping you create the healing, growth, and change you desire. Intensive therapy sessions occur over 2-5 days, 6 hours each day. We will identify your treatment goals and work to help you feel better through the use of EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, Deep Brain Reorienting, and other therapies. I believe that every individual has the innate ability to heal and grow; sometimes we need help in that process.
