I have 13 years of experience in the social work field and 8 years clinically working with adults, children, and teens. I embody an individualized, trauma- informed, and strength-based approach to each person I work with. I am a certified EMDRIA therapist, IFS Level 1 Trained, use ACT, DBT, and incorporate a polyvagal and an attachment focus to healing.
I am a self-compassion based therapist and I will integrate self-compassion, humor, and evidenced-based interventions that are individualized to your specific needs to facilitate successful healing.
