I enjoy working with both adults and adolescents to reduce anxiety, cope with change, grow self love, and structure enriching and dynamic self care and community care practices. This work happens through examining your childhood experiences, exploring the subconscious through patterns, symbols, and dreams, and learning concrete tools for healing.
A key component to my practice involves acknowledging systems of oppression; difficulty coping within a harmful system is not a personal failing. With that in mind, we can build a comfortable and collaborative relationship within which we can explore the past, create peace in the present, and feel hope for the future.
