Please join us for an in person adult body image group for 6 weeks. Group Sessions: 5/1, 5/8, 5/22. 5/29,6/5, 6/12 This small and intimate group is suitable for adults who struggle with body image and self-esteem, compare themselves to others, have anxiety related to appearance and want to work on their relationship with food due to unhealthy patterns and behaviors. We will discuss factors that contribute to body image, discuss diet culture and learn how to begin body acceptance and appreciation.
