About
I use an open and warm approach to help you explore issues and bumps in the road so that you can live a more fulfilling life. As a therapist, I have years of experience working with anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, depression, familial distress, career challenges, grief and loss, and much more. We can explore life’s inevitable ups and downs and work to navigate these challenges together.
I work from an integrative, dynamic approach to collaborate with you so that you can experience symptom relief and a deeper understanding of yourself. This will lead to healthier relationships and an ability to engage fully in your life. My sense of humor and deep empathy for the challenges of the human experience are woven throughout my work.
I provide individual psychotherapy and evening and weekend hours are available upon request. I look forward to collaborating with you.
