Whether you’re seeking individual treatment or treatment with your partner(s), your situation is unique. I will support you, your identities, and your experiences throughout our work together. Whether you're an individual struggling to manage your anxiety, a new parent learning to navigate your postpartum life, or a couple trying to level out your desire discrepancy, these are examples of goals I work toward with my clients regularly and welcome the opportunity to help you!

We all know life is A LOT, but I'm not one to make assumptions about your situation. Since no two individuals or couples are exactly alike, I want to use our time together to understand whatever challenges you might be experiencing on any given day.
