I am a counselor who provides a safe, supportive, and culturally sensitive space for all communities. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples, meeting each client where they are with openness and empathy. For those in need of trauma-focused care, I utilize EMDR to support healing and growth, and I also utilize Imago Couples Counseling to strengthen connection and communication between partners. My goal is to create a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where each individual or couple feels heard. My goal is to honor each individual's unique background and empower them to build insight, resilience, and lasting change.
I integrate a person-centered, culturally sensitive approach for individuals. I offer a welcoming space for teens, adults, and couples from all walks of life. I use EMDR to support healing from trauma and Imago Therapy to help couples foster empathy, reduce conflict, and deepen connection. My focus is on creating support that truly fits your needs and goals.
