Parents of Teens Resource Group
Raising a teenager can be both deeply rewarding and incredibly challenging. This in-person support group offers parents a welcoming space to connect, share experiences, and gain practical tools for navigating adolescence with greater confidence, understanding, and compassion. Topics may include anxiety, communication, emotional regulation, technology, identity development, and strengthening parent-teen relationships. Led by Lauren Albrecht, AMFT and a parent herself, this process-oriented group combines an attachment-based approach with psychoeducation to help parents feel less alone, build stronger relationships with their teens, and feel more supported and empowered during this important stage of family life.
