I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience across the lifespan. I focus primarily on working with teen girls and young adults. Many of the people I work with are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or challenges related to adoption, identity, relationships, or life transitions. I also have a strong interest in supporting clients with attachment-related issues and early emotional wounds. I have received specialized training in working with those who have experienced complex trauma, and love integrating education about your brain and nervous system to help create an understanding of the brain-body connection.
I’m trained in EMDR and combine that with art and sand tray therapies, especially for clients who process experiences in more visual or creative ways. My approach is flexible and collaborative; I believe therapy works best when it’s shaped by what’s meaningful to you.
