My goal is to help clients develop greater emotional awareness, increase their psychological flexibility, and foster self-compassion while building practical tools for meaningful change. With over ten years of experience in community mental health, I’ve worked with a wide range of diagnoses and presenting concerns. My therapeutic approach is integrative and holistic, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I also incorporate principles from interpersonal neurobiology and attachment theory to create a supportive environment for each client.
