Something has shifted in your relationship and neither of you knows how to talk about it. Maybe desire has dried up on one or both sides. Maybe sex has been something to avoid, perform, or dread. Maybe an affair has blown everything open and you're not sure if there's anything left to save. Or maybe you've been living with erectile unreliability, pain during sex, anxiety around sex and never had a space to actually address it. This kind of work requires specialization. Not every therapist is trained for it. This practice is build around exactly these conversations, and after thousands of them, the difference in care shows.

As an AASECT certified sex therapist, one of a small number in the country, I'm trained for the conversations most therapists aren't. Desire discrepancy, intimacy shutdown, sexual shame, infidelity recovery, and sexual exploration are the focus here. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy and somatic therapy to address both the relationship dynamic and the body.

Whatever you're carrying into this, you don't have to have it figured out before you reach out. This is an affirming, nonjudgmental space for individuals and couples of all orientations, identities, and relationship structures, including non-monogamy, kink, and BDSM. The hardest part is usually starting. We'll figure the rest out together.
