As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), I take a person-centered, relational approach to therapy. I work with adults who are navigating the effects of trauma, substance use, and other co-occurring mental health concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or struggling to understand how past experiences continue to impact their lives and relationships. Others may simply know that something isn't working and are looking for support in creating meaningful change, regardless of where they are in the change process.
Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we work to process trauma, increase self-awareness, build healthy coping skills, and develop practical strategies that support lasting recovery and emotional well-being. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, heal from difficult experiences, and move forward with greater confidence and hope.
