About
I strive to create a warm, empathic, safe, and respectful environment for my clients. My goal is to provide a non-judgemental and accepting place for clients to work on their areas of concern to better their own fulfillment in life. I believe everyone has a narrative to share, and sharing your story is a critical component of growth. I want to encourage anyone who is nervous about therapy to dive in and try it! Growth can be scary, but I ask that you trust the process.
I have a wide range of experience in the mental health field including school based mental health, inpatient, partial hospitalization, school counseling, and career counseling.
