I support my clients in finding beauty in their own vulnerabilities, and empowering them to find meaning in their own realities. I believe in building a trusting relationship between the body and the mind.

I am Level 1 trained in Internal Family Systems, a modality which allows for exploration of the many parts of your identity and innermost truths. I believe in listening to your mind, body, and intuitions to amplify your own insights.
