Every season of life comes with different stress and hurdles. Those challenges can lead us to feeling overwhelmed or stuck whether that be due to relationship troubles, parenting struggles, new changes in our lives or any other reason. If you have found yourself in a pattern that is not allowing you to grow in the ways you want, I may be the right therapist for you. My clients often come to me when they are emotionally drained and just want to feel better and function better. I am here to walk alongside you and help untangle thoughts and emotions, regardless if you’ve done therapy before or are considering it for the first time.
I see a wide range of clients from all backgrounds as inclusivity and hearing your story from your perspective, is incredibly important to me. I work with adults navigating ADHD, grief, anxiety/depression, general stress/overwhelm, relationship issues, life transitions, parenting struggles, and prenatal/postpartum challenges.
My main approach is connection and relationship building. From there I use CBT, DBT and ACT to help in the moment and a trauma informed approach to help with healing and growth.
