I bring both clinical skill and creative intuition to the healing process. If you feel caught in cycles of reactivity, self-doubt, or emotional disconnection—especially in your relationships—you’re not alone. With a curious, experiential approach, I specialize in helping individuals explore the unresolved trauma that shows up in the present, often in ways that feel confusing, painful, or overwhelming. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I guide clients in gently uncovering and transforming the protective parts of themselves that developed in response to pain.
Creativity is a core part of my identity and often weaves into the therapy space. Whether through language, imagery, or a deeper nonjudgemental connection to your imagination, I invite your whole self into the process, there are often parts of us that long to create, feel, and connect. I love inviting internal space for these parts.
I’m especially passionate about working with LGBTQ+ individuals, and those navigating eating disorders, body image challenges, and mood disorders.
