I offer specialized eating disorder, mood and trauma therapy to adults and teens. I am currently expanding my skillset to use the approaches of Internal Family Systems (IFS) Parts Work and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Together, we can rediscover your values and reconnect you to a life you deem satisfying in the long run.
