I bring both clinical skill and creative intuition to the healing process. With a curious, experiential approach, I specialize in helping individuals explore the unresolved trauma that shows up in the present, often in ways that feel confusing, painful, or overwhelming.
Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR, I guide clients in gently uncovering and transforming the protective parts of themselves that developed in response to pain.
Creativity is a core part of my identity and often weaves into the therapy space. Whether through language, imagery, or a deeper nonjudgemental connection to your imagination, I invite your whole self into the process, there are often parts of us that long to create, feel, and connect. I love inviting internal space for these parts.
I’m especially passionate about working with LGBTQ+ individuals, and those navigating eating disorders, body image challenges, and mood disorders. My space is inclusive, affirming, and trauma-informed.
