If you're like many of my clients, you long for emotional safety, clarity, and the freedom to live with authenticity, purpose, and connection. Perhaps you are super self-aware yet trapped in cycles of anxiety, overwhelm, or disconnection. You might hold on extra tight, or find yourself shutting down. Trauma, self esteem challenges, and/or neurodivergence could be underlying your experiences. As an Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, I'm here to guide you through exploring and befriending all of the parts of you, fostering healing, balance, and self-compassion at a pace that feels sustainable.
My approach is authentic and eclectic, integrating somatic and breath-based practices, guided meditations, and other evidence-based interventions to support you. I have extensive training in Internal Family Systems, and continue to pursue deeper learning opportunities in this modality. I am is HAES aligned, neurodiversity, and gender/sexuality affirming.
Genuine self-compassion is possible—and already within you. Therapy with me provides a space for you to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect not only with yourself but also with your relationships, purpose, and the world around you.
