I specialize in Play Therapy for children under the age of 8. Play therapy is beneficial for children experiencing anxiety, depression, divorce, grief, trauma, or behavioral issues. Through play therapy, children can learn how to process, express, and cope with their difficult emotions. I also love working with children over the age of 8 and teenagers. My main goals are to empower my clients, to create a safe space for them, and to equip them with tools that will help them navigate through their difficult emotions and/or experiences.
You may feel like you've tried everything and are not sure what else to do. This can feel overwhelming and isolating, but you're not alone! Your feelings are valid and it's my job to support you and to help you navigate through life's challenges.
