Lauren Carroll is a Licensed Resident in Counseling. Lauren has experience working with issues related to grief, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, relationships, ADHD, and trauma.
Lauren completed her Master of Arts in Education at Virginia Tech. Driven by her own experiences and inspired by her unique healing journey, she focused her studies on trauma-informed care and person-centered counseling theory. She utilizes several treatment approaches including mindful self-compassion, solution-focused therapy, and humanistic therapy.
