About
You've come a long way, baby. You're doing it. You're killing it at work or at school. You always have. But somehow, those old ways of thinking and feeling about yourself have followed. At work, and with your friends, it looks like you have it all together. If anything, you're the first to lend a hand to others, even when you are completely running on empty. But something is missing, and its gnawing at you. You don't know what you want or need most of the time. We can figure that out together.
I can help you slow down, sort through the pressure, and figure out how the hell to take care of yourself. I provide affirmative, supportive psychotherapy and counseling to women and LGBTQIA+/GSM identified folks who feel lost and unsatisfied, and want a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.
I am not a distant, blank faced analyst, but instead am responsive, affirmative, and collaborative in my approach. Together, we will untangle the knots created by anxiety, trauma, family and relationship problems that leave you feeling disconnected from yourself, your body, and your emotions.
