Coming to therapy can be an intimidating process. I do my best to make my clients feel comfortable whether we are meeting online or in person. I am conversational, warm, and look forward to developing a therapeutic relationship with adolescent and adult clientele. I pride myself on being non-judgmental and create a safe space where clients can be vulnerable to share anything they may need to - expletives and all.
I have worked in a variety of settings since embarking on my journey as a mental health clinician including hospice care, domestic violence, community mental health, intensive outpatient (IOP), urgent mental healthcare in both virtual and in person capacities, in addition to private practice.
Navigating our mental healthcare system can be challenging and frustrating. My goal is to make your experience positive. I have experience working with complex clients. You can expect to be provided strategies and skills to use outside of our sessions. I use a holistic approach and treat each client as the individual they are.
