This group is designed to be a safe and supportive space where participants can share experiences related to acculturation, cultural identity, and the challenges of feeling caught between two worlds. Our sessions will focus on both psychoeducation and group discussion, with opportunities to explore cultural identity in depth and connect with others with similar experiences. The group will be bilingual, with discussions in Spanish and English to accommodate the language preferences of participants.
