Therapy is a place for you to lean into your individual healing continuum. Here you will find breath, connection, and give voice to your story. Each session will be held with compassion toward parts of you that may feel neglected, pushed aside, or unworthy of a presence. Sometimes we see the impact of difficult life experiences manifest through unexplained anxiety, depressed moods, broken connections in relationships, challenges in choices, obsessions, and poor sleep, to name a few. We will work together to create mind + body connections, relationships with parts of you, and nurture a sense of wholeness in your life.
My primary orientation is through the lens of IFS which I use to help clients build deeper, more compassionate relationships within themselves. Through this model, I support individuals in exploring their inner landscape, working with protective parts, and unburdening past wounds in order to access their innate sense of self that leads to healing.
My clinical development includes working with somatic symptoms, guiding clients through mindful meditations, and using body-based awareness as a bridge between emotional and physical healing. My aim is to support each person in embracing the full continuum of healing—connecting thought, feeling, sensation, and spirit.
