Being a parent is hard, even under the best of circumstances. When you have a child struggling with mental health, the job can become even harder. You might find yourself feeling scared or overwhelmed, having lots of questions but finding few answers. The good news is that you and your child don't have to go through this alone- I'm here to help. As a clinician, I know that the effects of mental health are felt far beyond the individual. Though I work with children and adolescents, I believe in having a collaborative relationship with all members of the family.
My goal is to be a source of support- a resource to guide you all through a challenging time. Sit down with me, and you'll find a warm personality, an empathetic ear, and a clinician invested in helping you/your child feel more like themselves again.
Though I work with children/adolescents of all ages, I am currently seeing clients who are able to meet remotely through telehealth.
