I am EMDR trained and enjoy working with a variety of mental health concerns, including, but not limited to, PTSD, trauma, neurodiversity (Autism, ADHD), LGBTQ issues, gender issues, gender dysphoria, identity exploration, chronic pain, chronic illness, Disability, and career development.
I prefer to work with individuals ages 6 and older. I am particularly passionate about working with individuals who are neurodiverse, have disabilities, or identify within the queer community. I love teaching people about coping skills and ways to manage their mental health so they can feel empowered and in control of their therapy journey.
If you are looking for someone with a more compassionate, empathetic, and gentle approach to therapy, I might be your person! I use various therapeutic approaches to create an experience to fit your individual needs. I will work alongside you and encourage you to find your voice and be true to yourself. I am trained in EMDR and provide trauma-informed care.
