I am a clinical psychologist at Massachusetts General Hospital, where I am the Clinical Director of Brain Health Services of a specialty program, and an Instructor in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.
I have extensive expertise treating patients who have experienced trauma and highly stressful life events, depression, anxiety, sleep problems, and self-esteem/self-compassion challenges. I balance my training and knowledge with your needs, hopes, and goals for treatment. I believe therapy is an active process, and I assign outside practice work.
