Hi! I’m Lauren, a therapist who is passionate about helping people move toward healing and growth in their lives. I work with individuals at many different stages of life who may be seeking support with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, trauma, or challenging life transitions. I also work with couples who want to strengthen their relationships, focusing on improving communication, rebuilding trust, navigating parenting differences, and deepening intimacy.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and centered on meeting you where you are. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I take an integrative approach to find what works best for you. I primarily use a person-centered framework, while incorporating techniques from other modalities to support meaningful change.
