Are you feeling overwhelmed with anxiety, life changes, or transitions? Having the self-awareness and courage to take the first step of reaching out for help is challenging. I am here to offer a collaborative and non-judgmental space for you to start your journey of wellness and self-discovery. My approach to therapy is differentiated based on individual needs and personal goals; I often find that it evolves as the therapy process unfolds. My perspective is both person-centered and solution-focused. We will together examine your patterns to gain insight and inform your active role in the changes you would like to see in your life.
I incorporate mindfulness-based treatment that, when appropriate, can lead to hypnotherapy for healing, enlightenment, and self-regulation. My primary area of focus is anxiety, specific to panic and the physical symptoms that can cause you to feel detached and not in control. I also provide support with issues related to sexuality and gender identity.
I offer individual therapy for adults and adolescents as well as relationship therapy. I have prioritized cultural competency through my experience in working with clients of diverse backgrounds.
