I believe that healing begins in the context of a safe and authentic relationship. Therapy can help you slow down enough to notice what's happening inside you, understand your story, tend to your pain, and move toward the life and relationships you desire.
I work with teens and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and disordered eating. I also work with couples seeking to strengthen connection, improve communication, and heal relational wounds. My style is warm and collaborative, helping clients explore both present struggles and the past experiences that have shaped them.
I am one of a few counselors in Alabama who is also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor (CIEC). I am passionate about helping people find freedom from the burdens of disordered eating so they can lean more fully into their purpose, values, and design.
For those who wish to incorporate faith into counseling, I offer Christian integration that honors both psychological research and spiritual wisdom. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel deeply seen and empowered to grow.
